A Message From the Department Leader
Welcome to the website for the Marion County Clerk of Courts. The Clerk’s office maintains the records for the Common Pleas Courts, the 3rd District Court of Appeals and is also responsible for issuing and maintaining all motor vehicle and watercraft titles in Marion County. This site allows you to search for information in the Legal Division. This site also offers an extensive list of forms for both the Legal Division and the Title Division of the Clerk of Courts’ office.
