Records Search

The Marion County Recorder’s Online Records System was created and is maintained by the Marion County Recorder.  This has been done to provide a convenient way for the citizens of Marion County to search Property Records. To obtain copies or certified copies of the documents you must appear in person or send in a written request with payment enclosed.

 

Every effort is made to insure the accuracy of the information found on this system. Changes may be made to the database at any time and without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of the information by looking at the documents. No warranty or guarantee is provided or implied to those who use the system. No certification or authenticity can be assumed regarding the accuracy of the information provided by this system.
